The G2  titanium Japanese build quality (crafted by The Kyocera Company for Contax) and its unique dual auto focus  bring the G2 to the peak of 35mm cameras. Introduced in the mid 1990s the Contax G2  has 6 purpose built Carl Zeiss  prime G lenses - 16mm, 21mm, 28mm, 35mm, 45mm and 90mm. The dual auto focus allows the camera to ‘see in the dark' utilising an active infrared secondary system. Hard to shoot a blurred frame with the G2.
The G2 is the ultimate modern auto focus rangefinder with it's exceptional and unique dual AF , very accurate TTL exposure  metering.. We find the 35mm is rarely off the camera and is our most used lens.  The G2 body and lenses, in this near mint, fully functional condition is not often available, especially at this price point.  There is a fresh set of CR2 batteries for a local purchaser..
